Venmo — Export your transaction history as a CSV file and upload it directly. The tracker automatically identifies donors, amounts, dates, and payment notes. PayPal — Export from Reports → Activity Download as CSV. We parse incoming payments and skip fees and transfers. Zelle, Cash App, Givelify, Tithe.ly, and others — Export your transaction history from your bank or platform, then use our flexible column mapping tool to match the data fields. Works with any CSV export format.

Log Cash and Check Donations

For offline giving, manually enter individual cash donations and check contributions with the donor's name, amount, date, and check number. Mark anonymous gifts to exclude them from thank you letters while still tracking the total.

Generate Reports and Thank You Letters

Export all donation data to a formatted Excel spreadsheet with donor summaries, monthly totals, and giving breakdowns by source. Generate personalized tax-deductible donation acknowledgment letters for each non-anonymous donor, ready to print or email. Upload your organization's letterhead for branded letters.
